Our Story

Eclipse Fire Ground Solutions was created by four San Diego area firefighters who are dedicated to the craft of fighting fire. We all came from different fire training backgrounds and operational experiences. Whether training recruits for the fire academy, live fire training, or operations training we found consistent problems with our current training practices. With department budget cuts or lack of adequate training centers, we decided to put our minds together to create tools to assist us, firefighters, on realizing our potential. With over 45 years of experience, we found the best training tools are the most simple and effective. In a time of technology, we keep going back to the basics.

We believe firefighters should be put into environments where they can train free of injury, apprehension and ridicule. Our products replicate firefighting scenarios without all the logistics and costs of high-quality training. Training with realistic limited visibility environments, the ability for on-the-spot remediation and simple solutions allows for us to take training to the next level.
